02Enquiries, quotations and agreements
Website descriptions are not binding offers. Submitting the form reserves no dates, venues or equipment. Before a commitment, EFFOMBO provides an offer specifying work, total price and applicable taxes, expenses, timing, payment and deliverables. A project is formed through written acceptance and confirmation as described in the offer. Deposits, changes and cancellation terms must be disclosed and agreed before acceptance. No penalty or security deposit is due without a provision disclosed and agreed in accordance with law.
03Production and delivery
Locations, instruments, schedule, access and permissions are agreed for each project. Revisions, formats, session files and material retention periods are specified in the offer. Clients keep copies of received deliverables; permanent archiving is not included unless agreed. Delays or obstacles are communicated promptly to agree a solution. Statutory liability remains: nothing excludes deliberate misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory rights.
04Music, materials and rights
Clients must hold the permissions needed for supplied materials and performances to be recorded. Ownership and use of masters, files, compositions, performances and artwork are defined in the agreement; an enquiry alone transfers no rights to EFFOMBO. Publishing excerpts or promotional use requires appropriate permission. Distribution and rights administration have an agreed scope and guarantee no commercial results, third-party approvals or legal outcomes.
05Consumers and withdrawal
Consumers entering a distance or off-premises service contract normally have fourteen days from conclusion to withdraw without giving reasons, subject to any longer statutory period or lawful exception. Send an explicit statement to info@effombo.com or the registered address before the deadline. Due refunds are made within fourteen days of notice, using the original payment method unless another cost-free method is agreed. Starting early requires a separate express request; a proportionate amount for services already provided may be due on withdrawal where legal conditions are met. Loss of withdrawal rights after full performance requires the legally prescribed consent and acknowledgement; the privacy checkbox and enquiry submission do not provide them. Contract-specific information is supplied on a durable medium before agreement.

This form is optional; another unambiguous statement is sufficient.
07Website use, complaints and law
Do not compromise the website, bypass spam controls or reuse text or images without the necessary rights. Credited images remain subject to their owners’ rights. Send issues or complaints to info@effombo.com with project details; we will respond without undue delay. Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection applicable in their habitual country of residence. Courts have jurisdiction under applicable law, including the consumer’s court where applicable. No different exclusive jurisdiction is imposed here.
08Version and project-specific terms
