Maurizio Effombo founded EFFOMBO around a simple belief: musicians should recognise themselves in their recordings. A childhood love of music, developed through a BA (Hons) in Audio Production, became a practice built on listening, care and responsibility.

His experience spans recording, live sound, artist management and production. Years as Project Manager and Tour Manager for Gaia, across national and international productions, taught him how to create the conditions in which an artist can focus on music.

Technical leadership at Nuovo Anfiteatro Martesana (NAMA) in Milan brings a practical understanding of spaces, people and systems. EFFOMBO combines these disciplines: choosing an instrument and location, recording, post-production, release and support with the associated rights.
